‘Netritva Sadhana’ is a unique five-day short term training course designed for young aspirants. IIGH has conducted ‘Netritva adhana XI’ in Hyderabad targeting various socio-political activists, and to enhance their capabilities in terms of Politics and Good Governance. Noted policy makers, IAS Officers and Elected Politicians have turned as resource persons for this first kind of training programmer in the Telugu States to train the young aspirants. Total 23 trainees representing 4 states were certified after successful completion of this course.

TRAINING PROGRAMME ON POLITICAL ASSISTANTSHIP

A unique training programmer has been designed and conducted for P.A.s (Personal Assistants) to political leaders. Curriculum covering: Effective Back Office Management, Constituency Data Discovery Drive and various practice tests on office management have been imparted to the attendees. 37 attendees representing seven district of Telangana were certified after completion of the programmer

• Publication of study Papers and reports through research scholars by offering fellowships
• Trainings and Orientation Programmes in the field like environment, education, social work, politics and governance and empowerment of weaker sections.
